Tuition and Fees

2023-2024 Tuition

• The studio accepts checks, cash and online credit/debit cards and ACH as payments. 
• Credit/debit card payments are made online via the Parent Portal  and subjected to a 3.05% convenience fee and an additional $0.30 merchant fee. 
• ACH payments are made online via the Parent Portal and subjected to a 0.80% convenience fee.
• All payments for registration, tuition, costumes, logo wear and dance attire are non-refundable.
• All statements are available in the Wempners’ School of Dance Parent Portal. No paper statements will be mailed or handed out, unless requested.
• Tuition payments are made in four quarterly payments or one yearly payment.
• All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to enrolling in the next dance season.
• Balances over $200 that carry over from past seasons are required to be paid off in full  and are required to enroll in autopay with a credit/debit card  or ACH via the Parent Portal. 
• Quarterly tuition must be paid within 14 days of the due date and are subject to a $20 late fee. 
• Dancers may be asked to sit and watch class until tuition is received.
• No purchased logo wear, dance attire, and costumes will be sent home until student balances are paid in full.
• The studio owner has the discretion to ask any family/dancer to enroll in autopay as they deem appropriate due to delinquent or reoccurring  late payments.

Tuition Discounts

Family Discount

• Wempners’ also offers a family discount of 5%.
• A family is defined as two or more IMMEDIATE family members (Ex. parent and child/children, or siblings). 
• Family discount and yearly tuition discounts can be combined. 

Please Note: Tuition is figured per student.

•  Ex. Claire takes 1 hour a week ($80.75 quarterly) & Abby takes 3 hours a week ($161.50 quarterly), so 80.75 + 161.50 = $240.25 quarterly would be the correct Family Tuition owed.

Yearly Payment Discount

• A 5% discount will be applied to full year tuition payments when paid in full ON or BEFORE the 1st day of classes (September 8, 2023).
• Please contact Ann Kelly-Studio Owner if you wish to take advantage of the yearly discount. 

Registration Fees

• A registration fee will be charged to the dancers account at the time of online registration.
• Current fee is $20 for an individual and $35 for a family. 
• Registration fee may be paid online via the Parent Portal or mailed to:
